Spring has finally sprung and the weather is beginning to warm up, time to start thinking about that summer body, fitness or just feeling better about yourself. Spring is the ideal time to increase your fitness, lots of excellent exercise's can be enjoyed in the fresh air.


I have spent the last few weeks running and power walking with clients around Hungerford, incorporating agility, plyometric and stretching into the training. Outdoors creates a fun environment for your workout, enjoy the nature, fresh air and beautiful surroundings whilst working towards a healthier you. Don't forget a well balanced diet with an increase in exercise will boost your overall well-being.
